You’ve gotten really good at seeming “fine.”

In reality, you’re overwhelmed, stuck, and worried you may not ever be good enough.

You spend most of your time and energy keeping it together in the places it “matters”—the places other people might notice or be affected if you slipped up. Often, to do so, you find yourself saying “yes” to every ask reflexively before you even think about how taking more on will affect you, analyzing every interaction and decision to make sure you didn’t say or do the wrong thing, and criticizing yourself for even the smallest misstep.

Sometimes, you hit a wall and shift from overthinking and overdoing to complete numbness and exhaustion. This cycle is starting to affect every part of your life, and you wish you could understand why it takes so much effort just to stay afloat.

On Top of all that, you’re dealing with…

  • Trying to focus and follow through while your brain has a hundred tabs open in the background—leaving you prone to losing time, procrastinating, forgetting things, or feeling overwhelmed by day-to-day tasks.

  • Thinking that if you just do, achieve, and control more, then you’ll be able to be happy, but finding yourself moving the goalpost without celebrating the win once you get there.

  • Feeling like you’re always managing your relationships—reading the room, smoothing things over, putting on a mask that feels acceptable, then going home feeling resentful and unseen.

  • Being a caregiver or professional helper on the verge of burning out, but feeling guilty for needing rest or a break.

  • A life change that’s taking more out of you than you expected—starting college, graduating, a new job, or a new stage of parenting—and you’re having trouble pushing through the way you usually can.

  • A fight with your partner, breakup, friendship fallout, or family conflict that’s left you questioning whether you’re worthy of love.

You are not “too much.”

If you’re tired of feeling misunderstood and ready to live as your most authentic self, you’re in the right place.

Hi, I’m Loni.

Together, we’ll do the kind of work that helps you understand yourself deeply, rediscover a sense of aliveness, and gain confidence in your direction.

Most sessions with me start with one question: “What do you want for yourself today?” We start there on purpose—so you feel a sense of agency over your experience here right away, and so “I get to choose” starts to become a part of the way you think. A lot of our work is about understanding the “why” behind the patterns you're stuck in, which allows you to feel you have a choice in how you react, show up in relationships, and move through your life.

This process is entirely collaborative and led by you—I’ll bring structure and guidance, but I’m not the expert on you the way you are. You don’t have to wear the mask or try to be a “good client” for my sake. You can show up honestly and say what you actually mean, because I’m on your side, not here to judge. Along the way, we’ll find resources and tools that work with your brain rather than against it, so you can start applying what we’re doing in your day-to-day life right away. Whether you’re neuro-spicy, have experienced oppression or mistreatment, or have just been labeled “too sensitive,” I see you, and you are welcome here exactly as you are.

I Specialize in…

  • You’re always braced for what might go wrong. Scan yourself right now: you might notice your shoulders are tense or your chest is tight. Add perfectionism to the equation, and even “small” things can feel incredibly high-stakes.

  • You often feel a little out of place compared to the people around you—more overstimulated by noise or information, worn out by social expectations, or needing more recovery time than you think you “should.” Maybe you’re questioning whether ADHD or another kind of neurodivergence is part of your story, and are wondering how life could be different if you started embracing the way your brain works.

  • In your closest relationships, one tone shift, unanswered text, or hard conversation can make you feel like you’re a burden or that you don’t deserve love. You may want to speak up, set a boundary, or ask for what you need, but the fear of being “too much” or hurting someone keeps you stuck in silence.
